Les espaces confin\u00e9s causent donc de nombreux incidents et accidents ; ils doivent \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9s par des professionnels poss\u00e9dant les connaissances et l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience n\u00e9cessaires, en appliquant les principes de la norme <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iso.org\/standard\/63787.html\">ISO 45001<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>La liste suivante n&rsquo;est pas une liste exhaustive des syst\u00e8mes de travail s\u00fbrs ; elle couvre seulement les exigences essentielles et minimales obligatoires pour chaque entr\u00e9e individuelle en espace confin\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Planifier la ad\u00e9quat<\/li>\n\t<li>Cr\u00e9ation des permis de travail n\u00e9cessaires avant le d\u00e9but de la t\u00e2che<\/li>\n\t<li>Dispositifs d&rsquo;urgence en place<\/li>\n\t<li>\u00c9quipement d&rsquo;urgence ad\u00e9quat facilement disponible<\/li>\n\t<li>Identification des codes de pratique applicables \u00e0 la t\u00e2che<\/li>\n\t<li>Mise en \u0153uvre de la hi\u00e9rarchie des mesures
